4. Subscription and Pricing

ivpntech service is available upon registration on the site. By paying a fixed price in advance for your selected subscription plan, you become a subscriber for the elected period. Subscription fees may be amended by ivpntech with reasonable advance notice. The subscription renews automatically unless turned off before the new period begins. Subscription purchases and refunds are handled by third-party payment companies. Each paid subscription grants one license for use on up to 10 devices. Additional subscriptions are available for users with more than 10 devices.

5. Access to the Service and Payment Method

To access the service, create an account by providing your email address. Payment is made in advance through PayPal, Stripe, or Bitcoin. Access is granted upon confirmation of payment.

6. Duration of the Agreement

The agreement takes effect upon payment, expiring at the end of the paid period.

7. Refund Policy

A 30-day return policy is offered. Refunds may be requested by emailing contact@ivpntech.com within the specified period. Refunds are issued promptly, using the same payment method as the initial purchase.

8. Your Commitments

Users agree not to misuse the service, violate laws, or engage in improper activities. ivpntech reserves the right to terminate accounts for misuse.

9. ivpntech's Commitments

ivpntech commits to maintaining the service diligently. Immediate troubleshooting will occur during outages or disruptions, and compensation may be provided for service unavailability.

10. Disclaimer

ivpntech disclaims liability for outages, disruptions, or harm caused by factors beyond its control. The site and service are provided as-is, without warranties. ivpntech may modify the service, and users accept the associated risks.

11. Limitations of Liability

ivpntech is not liable for user-incurred losses, and users agree to indemnify and hold ivpntech harmless.

12. Indemnification
